Loring M. Black, Jr.

Loring Milton Black, Jr. (May 17, 1886 - May 21, 1956) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from New York.

Black was born in New York City. He graduated from Fordham University in 1907 and studied law at Columbia University. He was a member of the New York State Senate from 1911 until 1912 and from 1919 until 1920 . He was elected to Congress in 1922 and served from March 4, 1923 until January 3, 1935. He died in Washington, D.C.May 1956.
