Little Chiques Creek (also known as "Little Chickies Creek") is a tributary of Chiques Creek in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania in the United States.

Little Chiques Creek joins Chiques Creek approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) upstream of the Susquehanna River.
