Tribhuvannagar is the main city of both Dang Deokhuri District and the Rapti Zone of the Dang Valley, Nepal. It is in south-western Nepal in the middle of the Dang valley. The city is named after the late King Tribhuvan of Nepal. It is in the banks of CR river.

At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 29,050 persons residing in 5235 individual households. Other populated towns like Tulsipur Bijauri are also nearby.

Tribhuwannagar is connected by a branch road to the main east-west Mahendra highway of Nepal. Unpaved roads connect Tribhuwannagar to Rukum Rolpa Piuthan and Salyan. A newly constructed road links Tribhuwannagar to Birendranagar Surkhet. There is another branch road from Tulsipur to cross the valley and rejoin the Mahendra highway from the west, allowing for easy contact to Nepaljunj and to Mahendranagar. There is a domestic airport, with the code DNG, 23 kilometres from town.

The city is home to both Mahendra Multiple College and Mahendra Sanskrit University. A general and an eye hospital is running by the government but many other private school collage and hospitals are serving people.
