Neil Lowe is an English born Scottish rugby league footballer who currently plays for Hunslet Hawks at Second-row, he has previously played for Featherstone Rovers, Doncaster, York City Knights, and Keighley Cougars. He also plays for Scotland.

He has been named in the Scotland training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.^[1]

First Division Grand Final Appearances

Neil Lowe played Right-Second-row, i.e. number 12 in Featherstone Rovers's 22-24 defeat to Wakefield Trinity in the 1998 First Division Grand Final at McAlpine Stadium, Huddersfield on 26 September 1998.^[3]
