British Hand Knitting Confederation

The British Hand Knitting Confederation is a British organization specializing in knitting. The British Hand Knitting Confederation is dedicated to promoting the craft of hand knitting. The confederation operates also across the Internet, and distributes information about knitting and crochet basic techniques, books, courses, knitting patterns and more.

The confederation also conveys details on events and exhibitions occurring around the country and organizes contests for speed knitting and other competitions around Great Britain.
