Ingham is a small village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. It lies close to the village of Stalham, and is about 2 miles from Sea Palling on the North Sea coast.Ordnance Survey (2005). "OS Explorer Map OL40 - The Broads". ISBN 0-319-23769-9.]

The civil parish has an area of 6.13 km² and in the 2001 census had a population of 376 in 153 households. For the purposes of local government, the parish falls within the district of North Norfolk.Office for National Statistics & Norfolk County Council (2001). Ingham is mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086 were it has the name of Hincham [The Domesday Book, Englands Heritage, Then and Now, Editor: Thomas Hinde,Norfolk page 190, ISBN 1858334403] . Possible etymologies are "homestead or village of a man called Inga" or "home of the Inguiones" (an ancient Germanic tribe).

There are the remains of a priory and the Ingham Poor's Allotment.

Amenities

The village has one public house which is called the Swan. It is one of only two Public houses tied to the Woodforde’s Brewery of Woodbastwick in Norfolk [ [http://www.woodfordes.co.uk/index.html] /Brewery website] . The Original Building was built in the 14th Century and was originally part of Ingham Priory until its destruction under Henry VIII in the 16th Century.
