Journal of Transnational Law and Policy

The Journal of Transnational Law & Policy is published at the Florida State University College of Law. It was established in 1991 to provide a scholarly forum for discussion of legal developments in the world community. The law review publishes articles in the field of international law, including human rights, comparative law, and U.S. foreign policy.
