Professional career

2007 season

Roy Hall did not record a single catch in his rookie season. During a week 3 game against the Houston Texans, Hall was involved in a dangerous special-teams collision with Texans defensive tackle Cedric Killings. The collision damaged a vertebra in Killings' neck, ending his season, and ultimately leading him to retire. Roy Hall was injured as well, and the injury ultimately caused him to be placed on IR, ending Hall's season after only three games [ [http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3053244 ESPN - Harrison, Addai among Colts starters out vs. Bucs - NFL ] ] .

2008 season

Roy Hall impressed observers at the Colts' 2008 spring minicamp, showing solid improvement [ [http://www.stampedeblue.com/2008/5/18/520158/colts-minicamp-5-18-08-not Colts Minicamp: 5/18/08 notes - Stampede Blue ] ] .
