The Archdiocese of Alger or Algiers {Latin:"Algerien(sis)"} is the Metropolitan See for the Ecclesiastical province of Algiers in Algeria.
History
* August 10, 1838: Established as Diocese of Algiers from Diocese of Islas Canarias in Spain
* 1838: United with Diocese of Iulia Caesarea
* July 25, 1866: Promoted as Metropolitan Archdiocese of Algiers/Alger

The seat is Cathédrale Saint-Philippe in Alger. There is also a Minor Basilica at the Basilique de Notre Dame d'Afrique in Algiers.
