Lion Capital LLP is a British private equity firm, primarily focusing on leveraged buyout investments in Europe.

The firm is headquartered in London. It was officially established in 2005, splitting off from the American firm Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst (now HM Capital). Among others, the firm has made investments in Weetabix, [http://www.weetabix.co.uk/about-us/] the Wagamama restaurant chain, the Dutch HEMA department store chain and Kettle Foods of the United States.
