The Bamboo Kids

The Bamboo Kids is an American rock and roll trio. The members of the band are Dwight Weeks (vocals and guitar), Vince Cecio (bass and vocals), and Chris Orlando (drums and vocals).

The band formed in New York City, New York, U.S., and signed to Norwegian label Big Dipper Records in 2003. They released their self-titled debut album the same year. It was released in the U.S. in September 2004. Their second album, "This Ain't No Revolution", was released in Europe in October 2005.

Their influences include The Clash (the band name is taken from a line in the Clash song "Straight to Hell"), New York Dolls, The Rolling Stones, Bob Marley, and Chuck Berry.
