The Raduga Kh-28 (Russian: Х-28, NATO reporting name: AS-9 Kyle) was a Soviet anti-radiation missile.

The missile was developed for use on the Yakovlev Yak-28 fighter-bomber using features of the Kh-22 and KSR-5 weapons.cite web|url=http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/missile/row/as-9.htm|title=Zvezda Kh-28 (AS-9 Kyle)|author=FAS|accessdate=2007-04-15] It entered production in 1971 and was used on Sukhoi and Tupolev bombers but not on the intended Yak-28. Before launch, the missile guidance system is programmed to track the target radar frequency by the "Metel" electronic warfare suite carried in an external container (Su-7B, Su-17, Tu-22M) or by the internal "Filin" suite (Su-24).
