The original company, Wind River Agricultural and Holding Inc formally changed its name to Pathfinder Tactical, Inc. NOTE: The Pathfinder website now lists the firm's name as Pathfinder Security Consulting.

Pathfinder lists offices in Riverton, Wyoming, Grand Junction, Colorado and Waverly, Ohio.

Company appears to hold Foreign Corporation status in Ohio, Nevada and Colorado.
