The Florida Oaks is an American Thoroughbred horse race held annually at Tampa Bay Downs in Tampa, Florida. It is open to three-year-old fillies and is competed over a distance of 11/16 miles on dirt. The race regained its Grade III ranking for 2008.

Inaugurated in 1984, it was run at seven furlongs for that year only. Since 1995, the Florida Oaks has been run on the same race card as the Tampa Bay Derby. In 1996, the race first earned Grade III status.
