Kenya Cup

Kenya Cup

Kenya Cup is the premier rugby union competition in Kenya. It is organised by the Kenya Rugby Football Union. Kenya cup has currently nine teams and is played in a league format. There is a promotion and relegation between Kenya Cup and Eric Shirley Shield (the second level rugby division), but it is realised only optionally, since ESS is often dominated by reserve sides, who are not allowed to promote.
