Urbana Tower

The Urbana Tower is a skyscraper to be built in Miami, Florida. It will be in the Midtown Miami area, just north of downtown. The completion date for the tower has been approximated at late 2009. The tower will be 549 feet (167 m) tall with 48 floors. It will be located on Northeast 2nd Avenue and 17th Street. It will be the central feature of the Urbana Complex, featuring retail, offices, and condominiums. It has been approved by the City of Miami and the Federal Aviation Administration and construction will begin in April of 2007.
