Permission to construct taller buildings is usually denied due to governmental concerns over the stress on the infrastructure. With many towers currently under construction, there are many towers still awaiting to be approved by the city government. These towers are being built by many private construction companies awaiting orders to start construction. Skyscrapers currently in process for approval.
