Jim McNally (December 13, 1943) is a retired offensive line coach, most recently coaching for the Buffalo Bills.

McNally was regarded was one of the best offensive line coaches.

Part of the reason McNally chose to step aside from football was his physical health. McNally took a big shot on the sidelines during a Patriots punt return back in week three at New England when John Wendling was carried out of bounds by a Patriots player and both collided with McNally on the sidelines.McNally suffered three broken ribs, a broken bone in his back and had his right knee blown out, but pressed on through the rest of the season. "I'm going to have to get my knee replaced," said McNally. "I still have my enthusiasm for the game, but I've got to get my body right."

McNally concluded his impressive career with a four-year stint in Buffalo, which was highlighted by the development of offensive line project Jason Peters into a Pro Bowl left tackle. Peters was an undrafted free agent TE out of Arkansas. Now coaching with Footabll University in summer camps, and a volunteer coach with the University of Buffalo.
