William James Monilaw (July 22, 1874 - July 20, 1960) was a head football coach at Drake University, and at the University of Missouri. Every year he coached, his teams posted a winning record. Monilaw got his first coaching job as the seventh head coachfor his alma mater, the Drake University Dragons located in Des Moines, Iowa for two seasons, from 1903 until 1904.His coaching record at Drake was 10 wins, 7 losses, and 0 ties. This ranks him11th at Drake in terms of total wins and fourth at Drake in terms of winning percentage. University of Missouri

From 1906 to 1908, he coached at the University of Missouri where he compiled a 18-6-1 record. Personal life

Molina attended Cedar Rapids High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and later got accepted into Drake University.
