Songs from Self Saucing is the seventh album released by Australian comedy band
Tripod, and their third live album. The album was recorded April 2006, during the last “Tripod are: Self Saucing’ show at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, in front of a sell out crowd at the Hi-Fi Bar and Ballroom. Most songs from the performance are included on the album.

The album was nominated for Best Comedy Release at the 2007 ARIA (Australian Recording Industry Association) awards but lost out to comedian Dave Hughes' DVD 'Live'.
