Cordis is a medical device company owned by Johnson & Johnson. The company was founded in Miami in 1959 and is currently headquartered in Bridgewater Township, New Jersey.

Cordis' products include stents, distal protection devices, catheters, and guidewires.

Cordis is the maker of a sirolimus-eluting stent marketed under the name Cypher. It also produces the ANGIOGUARD embolic protection device, used in procedures which include carotid stenting.

The Cordis Cardiac and Vascular Institute (CCVI) was established by the company to "provide physicians and other healthcare professionals with educational and clinical resources, including hands-on training, designed to support the development of their academic knowledge and procedural skills."
