SUGAR (MEMS Simulator)

SUGAR (MEMS Simulator)

SUGAR is a node based MEMS simulator. It is open source and runs within MATLAB. It was created and has been developed at UC Berkeley. It derives it's name and philosophy from SPICE, also created at UC Berkeley. [N. Zhou, J. V. Clark, K. S. J. Pister, "Nodal Simulation for MEMS Design Using SUGAR v0.5." In 1998 Int. Conf.e on Modeling and Sim. of Microsystems Semiconductors, Sensors and Actuators Santa Clara, CA, April 6-8, 1998, pp. 308-313.]
