Viktoria Borzenkova (born December 25, 1981 in St. Petersburg) is a Russian pair skater. She competed with partner Andrei Chuvilaev. They finished 15th in their only trip to the World Figure Skating Championships, in 2002. They retired in 2006.

Borzenkova appeared on Dancing on Ice in 2008, partnering with Tim Vincent.
