The Senate Armed Services Subcommittee on Sea Power is one of six subcommittees within the Senate Armed Services Committee.

Jurisdiction

The Seapower Subcommittee has jurisdication over all U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, including non-tactical air programs, and the Naval Reserve forces.

The Committee is chaired by Democrat Ted Kennedy of Massachusetts, and the Ranking Minority member is Republican Mel Martinez, of Florida.
