Valery Nazarov

Valery Nazarov

Valery Lvovich Nazarov ( _ru. Валерий Львович Назаров, b. September 111955, Michurinsk, Tambov Oblast, Soviet Union) is a Russian official and politician.

From October 121999, to November 102003, Nazarov was the Chairman of the City Property Management Committee of the Saint Petersburg City Administration. From June 292000, to November 102003, he was also a vice governor of Saint Petersburg.

From January 11 – March 122004, he was Chief of the Control Directorate of the Russian presidential administration appointed by President Vladimir Putin.

Since March 122004, he has been the Head of the Russian Federal Agency for Federal Property Management (Rosimushchestvo). He has four deputies, two of them, Lyudmila Pridanova [http://www.rosim.ru/rosim/boss/200507201117-7140.htm] and Sergey Sysoev [http://www.rosim.ru/rosim/boss/200507201124-7406.htm] , was his deputies also when Nazarov served as the Chairman of the Saint Petersburg City Property Management Committee.

Since June 292004, he has been a member of the board of directors of Russian Railways.
