Hongliutan

Hongliutan is a village in Yulin prefecture in rural China [http://www.economist.com/world/asia/displaystory.cfm?story_id=8625817] . The chief of the village is Wang Kehu. Yulin is a part of Shaanxi province.

Hongliutan has a school run by the Black Dragons [http://www.economist.com/world/asia/displaystory.cfm?story_id=8625817] and is on the banks of the Wuding River. An ancient Black Dragon temple stood in the village until it was destroyed in the 1960's by followers of Mao. It was rebuilt in 1986.
