Prize of Liberty

Prize of Liberty

The Prize of Liberty ("Prijs voor de Vrijheid" in Dutch, sometimes translated as Prize for Liberty or Prize for Freedom) is an annual award delivered by the Flemish classical-liberal thinktank Nova Civitas. It is considered one of the most important "liberal" awards in the Low Countries.

Every laureate is to hold a so-called "Gustave de Molinari Lecture" before receiving the award. Gustave de Molinari was a very famous Belgian liberal philosopher.
