Maharaja Harisingh Agri Collegiate School is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education New Delhi. The School is situated on Akhnoor road, off the main city of Jammu Tawi, India.

Location
Surrounded by breathtaking greenery,the campus is located near a village called Nagbani. Nagbani, the name is derived from "snake". "Nag" in Hindi means a cobra. A canal (popularly known as "Nehar") runs through the campus. A small lake is present a little away from the campus. The lake was once used as a bathing ghat. A small temple is present at one end of the lake.
Studies are considered of utmost importance with many students getting selected in IITs and NITs every year but equal emphasis is placed on other activities.
Art
Emphasis is laid on Water and Oil paintings (Canvas Paintings), Sketching with supervision from a well qualified teacher
Various competitions like Fancy dress, Painting, Exhibitions are held to foster intellectual growth of the students
Music
Various Hindi Ragas along with Regional/ National songs are learnt
Sports
School has got 5 football play fields along with a two Basketball courts. Cricket too is played. Athletic events like 100 to 400 Meters races are held on the sports day celebrations.Basket Ball is the most played sport in this school with school winning many tournament in recent years.Nagbani teams have emerged as winners in many national sports events like CBSE Clusters and school nationals.Interhouse Football matches have been one of the most eagerly awaited events in the school.
Yoga
Various yogic postures and exercises are taught on a regular basis for the well being of the mind,body and soul. Havans are held on a regular basis for making the students aware of the religious and spiritual importance in life.
