John D. Porcari is the current Secretary of Transportation for the U.S. state of Maryland within the administration of Governor Martin O'Malley. Porcari previously held this office under Governor Parris Glendening between January 1999 and January 2003. He was also the Deputy Secretary of Transportation in 1997 and 1998.
