The Bohunice Nuclear Power Plant ( _sk. Atómové elektrárne Bohunice, abbr. EBO) is a complex of two nuclear reactors situated 2.5 km from the village of Jaslovské Bohunice in the Trnava District in western Slovakia (coord|48|29|40|N|17|40|55|E|type:landmark_scale:15000_region:SK).

The Bohunice NPP comprises two plants: V-1 and V-2. Both plants comprise two reactor units. They were gradually connected to the power network over the period between 1978 and 1985. The world's most widespread concept of pressurized reactors was adopted and the Soviet-era design VVER-440 was used in constructing the nuclear power plants V-1 and V-2. Their annual electricity generation averages about 12,000 GWh. Upon development of a central heat supply system to the town of Trnava from Bohunice NPP, V-2 has switched to co-generation. Also part of this system is a heat feeder line commissioned in 1987. Commissioned in 1997, the heat feeder line to Leopoldov and Hlohovec is also designed by means of a branch from the line part of the Trnava heat feeder line.

There is also another power plant – the A-1 – on the Jaslovské Bohunice site. In February 22, 1977, the A-1 reactor suffered a major accident during refueling, rated INES-4. The plant currently undergoes a decommissioning process.
