Anne C. Conway (born 1950) is a federal judge.

Conway is currently U.S. District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida. She was appointed by President George H. W. Bush in 1991.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she attended John Carroll University in Cleveland. A 1975 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, she served executive editor of the law review and interned with Legal Aid. Following a clerkship with federal judge John A. Reed, she joined Young, Turnbull & Linscott. A year later, she joined the firm of Wells, Gattis & Hallowes, where she became a partner in 1981. In 1982, Judge Conway began practicing with Carlton, Fields, Ward, Emmanuel, Smith & Cutler, where she stayed until her appointment as judge.

Conway serves on the board of advisers for the Center for Governmental Responsibility at the University of Florida.
