Video Archives

Video Archives

Video Archives was a video rental store located in Manhattan Beach, California, owned and managed by Lance Lawson. In his youth, Quentin Tarantino, famous director of "Pulp Fiction", was a clerk there. So too were Roger Avary, the writer/director of "The Rules of Attraction", Chuck Kelley co-founder of the internet radio station LuxuriaMusic, and producer Daniel Snyder, who's best known for the documentary Dreams on Spec. The store was also frequented by screenwriters Josh Olson ("A History of Violence") and Jeff Maguire ("In the Line of Fire"), John Langley (the creator of Cops), as well as Danny Strong, most famous for his role as Johnathan Levinson on television's "Buffy the Vampire Slayer".
