Park Kwang-hyun

Park Kwang-hyun (born in 1969 according to hancinema and 1977 according to imdb) is a South Korean movie director.

His first feature film "Welcome to Dongmakgol" pulled more than 8 million viewers in 2005 , making it the second highest grossing movie that year after record-breaking "The King and the Clown". Park calls Japanese Hayao Miyazaki his #1 inspiration and employs his composer Joe Hisaishi for the score.
