Juan Pablo Caffa (born September 30, 1984 in Murphy, Santa Fe, Argentina) is an Argentine football midfielder. Caffa currently plays for Real Zaragoza. Caffa's nickname is "El violinista del Viaducto", literally translated as "the violinist of the Viaduct", because he plays an imaginary violin during his goal celebration.

Football career

As a young boy he was part of the Boca Juniors youth system. Caffa was part of the Boca Juniors squad that won the 2003 Apertura tournament in Argentina. He was also with the Argentine club Ferro Carril Oeste before joining Arsenal de Sarandí in 2005.

Real Betis

After a number of strong displays with Arsenal during the Apertura 2006 tournament , Caffa earned a 2M transfer to Real Betis in the January 2007 transfer window. On 4 February 2007 he played his first La Liga match for Real Betis against Athletic Bilbao. Caffa has been one of the stars of the 2007 pre-season and will aim to take his pre-season form into the League campaign.
