Ho Peng Kee

Ho Peng Kee

Associate Professor Ho Peng Kee is a Singaporean Member of Parliament, and represents the Nee Soon East Single Member Constituency for the People's Action Party. He is currently the Senior Minister of State for Law and Home Affairs, as well as president of the Football Association of Singapore.

Ho is an alumnus of the Anglo-Chinese School and the National Junior College. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Faculty of Law of the National University of Singapore and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Harvard Law School. Formerly an academic, and at one time the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Law of the National University of Singapore, his research interests included alternative methods of dispute settlement, consumer law and protection, the law of contract, and law and society. He retains the title of Associate Professor on Long-Term Secondment at the Faculty.
