Pittsburgh Penguins onSeptember 2 ,2005 . However, he managed just 27 games before injuring his knee, gaining just a single assist. He has not played professional hockey since undergoing knee surgery in February 2006, but has not announced his retirement to date and is considered afree agent .His 2316 career penalty minutes as of March 2006 place him 28th all-time.
