Yancey, Texas

Yancey is an unincorporated town in Medina County, Texas, United States. It is approximately 12 miles south of Hondo. According to the 2006-07 Texas Almanac, it had a population of 209 people in 2000. According to an online community profile, Yancey has a population of 649 people.
