Matheus Wilhelmus Theodorus ("Theo") Laseroms (8 March 1940 – 25 April 1991) was a football defender from the Netherlands, who made a name for himself when he played for Feyenoord Rotterdam. Born in Roosendaal, he has six caps for the Netherlands.

Nicknamed "Theo de Tank" he was famous for his slidings. He played for Feyenoord in the 1960s and early 1970s, and was on the team that won the European Cup in 1970 by defeating Celtic in the final in Milan. Laseroms started his professional career at RBC Roosendaal in 1956, then moved on to NAC Breda in 1958. He came to Sparta Rotterdam in 1963, and played for a short period of time in the United States, at the Pittsburgh Phantoms.

Laseroms formed a solid defence at Feyenoord with Rinus Israel. He took off from Rotterdam in 1972, played for two more years in Belgium with AA Gent, before becoming a soccer coach. He coached Heracles Almelo, Helmond Sport, FC Vlaardingen, Trabzonspor and clubs from Bahrain and Saudi-Arabia. He died in 1991 in Zwolle due to a cardiac arrest.
