"Come Get It" is an hip hop song co-written and recorded by Yummy Bingham. It is produced by Junius Bervine and Clay Sears for Brand Music. The song contains elements from "Soul Sister, Brown Sugar" performed by Sam and Dave and written by I. Hayes and D. Porter.

"Come Get It" was originally just a mixtape record. It first appeared on April 12th 2005 on DJ Kay Slay mixtape and then on several more mixtapes. DJs picked up the tune and turned it into a club banger track. Promo 12" single was distributed on May 5th, with the B-side "Queens". Then, on May 10th, with no fanfare, Motown released the song on digital music stores and the attention it received made the label having a video for the song and a radio impact on August 2nd crashing at #4 Most Added song at Urban radios. The song turned into a moderate hit. It received good airplays and a lot of exposure but not enough to make the single chart on the Billboard Hot 100. In October, the song was used in a Pontiac commercial.

In May 2006, Yummy had been picked out by Island Records UK to have a UK release. They launched "Come Get It" as her debut UK single. She was introduced to the English audience in late August as one of the new revelations of the 2006 Notting Hill Carnival. During the Carnival, Yummy's "Come Get It" emerged on different music channels and she showcased the single live at BBC 1Xtra's high profile Carnival Afterparty. The video has been everywhere on the UK music channels but disappeared as quick as it surfaced. When the single hit the stores on October 2nd, the buzz was just going down. Bad distribution and a too early digital UK release (June 12th) made the single only charting #82 on the UK singles charts and #38 on the UK R&B Charts.

About her collaboration with Jadakiss, this is what Yummy Bingham reports : "Unfortunately, I didn’t get to be in the studio with Jada when he recorded his verse. That was done after I gave the record label my whole list of rapper options and them ex-ing it out and saying this was what we had to roll with. So when it fell to down to Jada getting on the record, it was really all about business. But when we met at the video shoot, I let him know how I found out he was getting on the record and he totally respected it. He was like, “Well, that’s the business ma.” I am just happy that he did me some justice because that’s all I really wanted. I wanted good lyrics, street credibility, and somebody who was just not worried about doing their job but doing them as well, and he gave me Jada and that’s what I wanted."
