Ian Cognito

Ian Cognito is a British stand-up comedian known for his confrontational and aggressive style, and for being banned from more venues than anyone else.

He is a regular headliner in the UK, and is proud of the fact that in over 20 years on the circuit, he has never appeared on television.

Comparisons have been made to US comedians Lenny Bruce and Bill Hicks, and to the Glaswegian Jewish comic, Jerry Sadowitz.

Cognito is a graduate of the University of the West of England.
