Rynersonite

Rynersonite (Ca(Ta,Nb)2O6) is a mineral found in southern California, near San Diego. It is dull, translucent mineral, fibrous in nature. Usually off-white to pale pink in color. It consists mostly of Tantalum pentoxide and Niobium Pentoxide with trace amounts of sand and calcium oxide.

Besides the San Diego, California area, Rynersonite is also found in Colorado and Kampala, Uganda.
