General Las Heras Partido is a small partido in the north east of Buenos Aires Province in Argentina.

The provincial subdivision has a population of about 13,000 inhabitants in an area of convert|76|km2|sqmi|0|lk=on|abbr=on, and its capital city is General Las Heras, which is located convert|67|km|mi|0|lk=on|abbr=on from Buenos Aires.

The partido and its main town are named after Juan Gregorio de las Heras (1780-1866), a hero of the Argentine War of Independence and governor of Buenos Aires.
