Storm Flag Flying (b. April 11, 2000 at Claiborne Farm in Paris, Kentucky) is an American Thoroughbred racehorse. In 2002, Storm Flag Flying won the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies, a race won by her dam in 1995. Her performance that year earned her the Eclipse Award for Outstanding 2-Year-Old Filly.

Off for six months, in her 3-year-old debut Storm Flag Flying finished a distant 2nd to Cyber Secret in the Comely Stakes at Aqueduct Racetrack. In the Acorn Stakes Storm Flag Flying basically refused to run, finishing next to last. The leg injury she sustained ended her 2003 racing season but she rebounded in 2004, winning important races including a victory over Azeri in the Personal Ensign Handicap. Bad luck in the 2004 Breeders' Cup Distaff saw Storm Flag Flying running dead last midway through the race. When she finally broke through the horses in front of her she made a strong run down the stretch but finished 2nd after she ran out of ground before she could catch the winner, Ashado.

Retired to broodmare service at Claiborne Farm, in 2006 she foaled a colt by A.P. Indy.
