"Suffocation" is an album by the US death metal band Suffocation. It was released in 2006 by Relapse Records. The album is far less technical than their previous releases. [ [http://www.suffocation.us/ Suffocation - Official homepage ] ] The song "Prelude to Repulsion" is a re-recording of the track of the same name on "Breeding the Spawn". A music video has been made for the song "Abomination Reborn".

The monsters that are scavenging on the skeletons in the background resemble the monster on the "Human Waste" EP.Fact|date=February 2008 The small skeletal creature inside the symbol in the sky is the newly hatched being on the cover of "Effigy of the Forgotten".Fact|date=February 2008
