Thomas Lynch (November 21,1844-May 4,1898) was a U.S. Congressman from Wisconsin. He served in Congress from 1891 to 1895.He was born in Granville, Wisconsin which later merged with Milwaukee, Wisconsin; he moved to Antigo, Wisconsin where he served as mayor. Thomas Lynch also served in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Hedied in Antigo and was buried there.
