Smitham Primary School

Smitham Primary School: Smitham Primary School is a school in Coulsdon for 4 to 11 year olds (with nursery).
The Local Education Authority is the London Borough of Croydon. It is located on a new site in Portnalls Road, the former site being on the corner of Malcom Road, Chipstead Valley Road and Woodcote Grove Road.
A replica of a compass in the main hall of the old site was constructed to go in the middle of the hall on the new site as the metal in the previous compass was too weak to be moved.The headmaster was formerly Mr. Garrard, but it has since been changed.
