SATEC@W.A. Porter C.I. is a secondary school located in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. The school is high-tech academy that offers a unique and challenging academic program. It is a part of the Toronto District School Board. Due to the uniforms, the school is exceeding the expectations of the TDSB, and mostly goes without any violence or incidence. The school will also be celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2008.

SATEC stands for the Scarborough Academy of Technological, Environmental and Computer Education offering a magnet program for students who want to be successful citizens of the 21st century. SATEC offers challenges through innovative programs that combine rigorous academics with an in-depth and hands-on application of technology, computer and environmental studies. SATEC is a CISCO regional academy and our unique senior program includes certification in CISCO Networking and A+ Computer Technician Certification . The 2008/2009 school year marks SATEC's 50th Anniversary of Excellence in Education!
