Eloy José Olaya Prendes, known as Eloy (born 10 July 1964), is a former Spanish footballer.

Clubs he played for include Sporting de Gijón , Valencia CF and CD Badajoz. Between 1985 and 1990, he made 15 appearances and scored 4 goals for the Spain national football team, and was a participant in the 1986 FIFA World Cup and Euro 88.
