There have been two Burnett Baronetcies — one in the Baronetage of Nova Scotia and one in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom.

*Sir Alexander Burnett, 4th Baronet (died 1758)
*Sir Robert Burnett, 5th Baronet (died 1759)
*Sir Thomas Burnett, 6th Baronet (died May 1783)
*Sir Robert Burnett, 7th Baronet (born 20 Dec 1755; died 5 Jan 1837)
*Sir Thomas Burnett, 8th Baronet Lord Lieutenant Kincardine 1847-1849 (born 22 Aug 1778; died 16 Feb 1849)
*Sir Alexander Burnett, 9th Baronet (born 1789; died 20 March 1856)
*Sir James Horn Burnett, 10th Baronet Lord Lieutenant Kincardine 1863-1876) (22 Jun 1801 – 17 Sept 1876)
*Sir Robert Burnett, 11th Baronet (28 Aug 1833 – 15 Jan 1894)
*Sir Thomas Burnett, 12th Baronet Lord Lieutenant Kincardine 1920-1926 (27 Nov 1840 – 25 Jan 1926)
*Sir James Lauderdale Gilbert Burnett, 13th Baronet (1 April 1880 – 13 Aug 1953)
*Sir Alexander Edwin Burnett, 14th Baronet (26 April 1881 – 9 May 1959):On his death the baronetcy became dormant.
