"We Are Pilots" is the major label debut album by Los Angeles-based band Shiny Toy Guns. It was released on October 17, 2006 by Universal Motown and is the third release by the band following two independently released albums also titled "We Are Pilots" (see "We Are Pilots (v1)" and "We Are Pilots (v2)"). The liner notes reflect this with "version 3.0".

It contains the single, "Le Disko," which received moderate radio play on alternative stations. Their second single, "You Are The One" was released for Modern Rock airplay. Their third single was "Rainy Monday".

The album was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Electronic/Dance Album at the 50th Grammy Awards.

The album peaked at #90 on the Billboard 200 and #1 on the Top Heatseekers chart.
